Women's Circles are welcoming, sacred spaces where women can feel free to express themselves, celebrate the feminine wisdom, reconnect with their inner world, heal, listen, and share experiences. Women's Circles are a place where we can open our hearts and be authentic.
In the Circle process, each woman goes through continuous learning to honor and value herself in all aspects of being a woman, and to connect with all the aspects of the Goddess she is.
In our Circles you will be able to get in touch with and better understand your own cycles, instincts and desires. You can rediscover your creative strength and reconnect with your inner, sacred energy.
In the circle there is no hierarchy. We join hands to share experiences with trust and compassion so we can heal together . What is said in Circle stays confidential. Within our Circles, there is no judgment. We can demonstrate who we are with our beauty, vulnerability and power.
For each Women's Circle I provide a safe space where you can open yourself to rediscover and validate your intuition, to hear your inner wisdom and to recognize the influence that nature has on your body and psyche, in addition to realizing more and more that you are nature itself.

Return to Stillness is a full-day wellness retreat thoughtfully crafted to honor the transformative energy of the Fall season—an invitation to pause, to release, and to return home to your Core Self.
Held in a magical backyard in San Leandro and the stunning natural embrace of Lake Chabot’s golden hills, this retreat is more than a gathering—it is a sanctuary. A container where mind, body, and spirit are lovingly tended to through restorative and healing practices designed to support your own natural rhythms of letting go and beginning again.

Every aspect of this retreat is infused with intention, reverence, and care. This is a space where you are invited to fully arrive — as you are — and be met with compassion, presence, and depth. Our retreat will start in a magical residential backyard on the peaceful and beautiful Estudillo States in San Leandro. You will be surrounded by plants, flowers, herbs and a stunning Cedar tree, blessing our sacred space.
Lake Chabot, San Leandro, California
After lunch we will head out to the hills of the Lake Chabot area. Nestled in the East Bay hills, this sacred land offers the perfect backdrop for returning to your inner stillness—cradled by golden light, rolling landscapes, and the whispering trees.
Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy and sanctity of our circle.
Step into this day of deep presence, sacred ritual, and spiritual connection.
